Binnen een ervaren HSEQ-team krijg je de kans om projecten te trekken, verbeteringen te realiseren en rechtstreeks samen te werken met operationele teams op verschillende locaties.

Jobomschrijving

Als Preventie Specialist ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen beleid en praktijk. Je zorgt ervoor dat veiligheidsinitiatieven daadwerkelijk worden vertaald naar de werkvloer en ondersteunt verschillende sites bij het verder uitbouwen van een veilige en gezonde werkomgeving.Je staat onder andere in voor:

  • Het ondersteunen van operationele teams bij de implementatie van het veiligheidsbeleid.
  • Het uitvoeren en begeleiden van risicoanalyses en preventieve acties.
  • Het identificeren van verbeterpunten en het uitwerken van veiligheidsprojecten.
  • Het opvolgen van relevante wetgeving en het vertalen ervan naar praktische toepassingen.
  • Het voorbereiden, begeleiden en opvolgen van interne en externe audits en inspecties.
  • Het fungeren als aanspreekpunt rond veiligheid, welzijn en preventie.
  • Het ondersteunen van verschillende operationele locaties bij veiligheidsvraagstukken.
  • Het versterken van de veiligheidscultuur door aanwezigheid, coaching en sensibilisering op de werkvloer.
  • Het nauw samenwerken met collega's uit operations, kwaliteit en management.

Je bent iemand die graag tussen de mensen staat, gemakkelijk contacten legt en veiligheid op een pragmatische manier weet te brengen. Je combineert een sterke operationele feeling met voldoende maturiteit om projecten zelfstandig te trekken.Jouw achtergrond

  • Bachelor of masterdiploma.
  • Preventieadviseur Niveau 2 (Niveau 1 is een plus).
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring binnen preventie en veiligheid.
  • Ervaring binnen logistiek, industrie of een operationele omgeving is een sterke troef.
  • Goede kennis van veiligheidswetgeving en risicoanalyses.
  • Vlotte kennis van Nederlands en Engels.
