Jobomschrijving

Als Quality Lead draag je de eindverantwoordelijkheid voor het kwaliteitsbeleid binnen een regio met meerdere operationele sites.Je belangrijkste taken

  • Uitbouwen en optimaliseren van kwaliteitsprocessen en -systemen
  • Opvolgen van kwaliteitsnormen, audits en certificeringen
  • Analyseren van kwaliteitsdata en initiëren van verbeteracties
  • Technische ondersteuning bieden aan productie, operations en klanten
  • Aansturen, coachen en ontwikkelen van een team van kwaliteitsmedewerkers
  • Begeleiden van verbeterprojecten rond efficiëntie, productkwaliteit en duurzaamheid
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor kwaliteitsvraagstukken binnen de organisatie

Sterke operationele componentDeze functie gaat veel verder dan een klassieke kantoorrolJe bent regelmatig aanwezig op verschillende productievestigingen en bezoekt ook klant- en projectlocaties om:

  • kwaliteitsissues te analyseren
  • verbeteracties op te volgen
  • stakeholders te begeleiden
  • operationele teams te ondersteunen

Hierdoor sta je dicht bij de business en zie je rechtstreeks de impact van jouw beslissingen.

Je beschikt over:

  • Een masteropleiding binnen een technische,industriële of burgelijke richting, of gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • Sterke kennis van betontechnologie
  • Ervaring binnen een productie- of industriële omgeving
  • Kennis van kwaliteitssystemen, procesverbetering en operationele processen
  • Ervaring met het aansturen, coachen of begeleiden van medewerkers
  • Een pragmatische en hands-on ingesteldheid
  • Uitstekende kennis van NL & ENG, Frans grote pluspunt
