Op de site werken meer dan 250 medewerkers mee aan de ontwikkeling en productie van een breed assortiment innovatieve voedingsproducten. Door de sterke marktvraag blijft de organisatie investeren in mensen, processen en verdere groei.

Jobomschrijving

Als R&D Manager neem je een sleutelrol op binnen de organisatie en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de verdere uitbouw van het innovatiebeleid.Je:

  • Bepaalt de strategische richting voor productontwikkeling en innovatie binnen jouw productcategorie
  • Coördineert nieuwe productintroducties van conceptfase tot succesvolle lancering
  • Stuurt een team van productspecialisten en ontwikkelaars aan en ondersteunt hen in hun verdere groei
  • Zorgt voor een vlotte implementatie van internationale R&D-processen, standaarden en kwaliteitsrichtlijnen
  • Bouwt duurzame samenwerkingen uit met interne stakeholders, leveranciers, onderzoekscentra en externe partners
  • Analyseert resultaten, definieert KPI's en identificeert opportuniteiten voor product- en procesverbetering
  • Werkt nauw samen met productie, kwaliteit, aankoop en commerciële teams om innovaties succesvol naar de markt te brengen

Voor deze rol zoeken we een ervaren R&D-professional die strategisch kan denken én operationeel impact maakt.Ideaal breng je het volgende mee:

  • Minstens 10 jaar ervaring binnen Research & Development
  • Ervaring in een leidinggevende functie waarbij je teams hebt ontwikkeld en begeleid
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring binnen een internationale of complexe organisatie
  • Sterke kennis van kwaliteits- en voedselveiligheidssystemen
  • Je combineert een analytische mindset met een pragmatische aanpak
  • Je bent een natuurlijke coach die mensen weet te enthousiasmeren en te laten groeien
  • Vlotte kennis van Nederlands en Engels
