Jobomschrijving

  • Aansturen, begeleiden en ondersteunen van een team storingstechniekers.
  • Zelf actief deelnemen aan technische interventies en storingsanalyses.
  • Diagnoses stellen van elektrische, mechanische en pneumatische storingen.
  • Zorgen voor een snelle en efficiënte oplossing van technische problemen.
  • Registreren en opvolgen van interventies via een onderhouds- en ticketsysteem.
  • Rapporteren, prioriteiten bepalen en escaleren waar nodig.
  • Deelnemen aan dagelijkse operationele meetings en ploegoverdrachten.
  • Actief bijdragen aan continue verbeteringsprojecten en technische optimalisaties.
  • Optimaliseren van machineafstellingen en ombouwprocessen.
  • Ondersteunen bij de installatie en opstart van nieuwe productielijnen.
  • Uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud en voorstellen formuleren om storingen te voorkomen.
  • Toezien op een veilige werkomgeving en de naleving van kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring binnen een technische of industriële productieomgeving.
  • Sterke kennis van mechanica, elektriciteit en pneumatica.
  • Ervaring met storingsanalyse en probleemoplossing in een productieomgeving.
  • Kennis van aandrijvingen, sensoren en pneumatische componenten.
  • Ervaring met verpakkingsmachines is een belangrijke troef.
  • Leidinggevende of coördinerende ervaring is een pluspunt.
  • Hands-on ingesteld en bereid om mee op de werkvloer actief te zijn.
  • Sterke communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden.
  • Teamspeler die collega's motiveert en ondersteunt.
  • Bereid om te werken in een 2-ploegensysteem.
