Jobomschrijving

  • Het aansturen, coachen en ontwikkelen van een groot operationeel team.
  • Het realiseren van doelstellingen op vlak van veiligheid, kwaliteit, productiviteit en kostenbeheersing.
  • Het stimuleren van een cultuur van ownership, betrokkenheid en samenwerking.
  • Het identificeren en implementeren van verbeteringsprojecten binnen de operationele processen.
  • Het opvolgen van KPI's, budgetten en operationele resultaten.
  • Het beheren van de samenwerking tussen verschillende afdelingen en stakeholders.
  • Het waarborgen van een hoog niveau van dienstverlening richting klanten.
  • Het verder uitbouwen van een performante en toekomstgerichte organisatie.

Je bent een mensgerichte leider die energie haalt uit het ontwikkelen van mensen én het verbeteren van processen.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

Leidinggevende ervaring binnen een productie-, logistieke of operationele omgeving.

Ervaring met het aansturen van middelgrote tot grote teams.

Een sterke affiniteit met operations, techniek en procesoptimalisatie.

Ervaring met KPI-gestuurd management en resultaatsopvolging.

Kennis van Lean, Continuous Improvement of gelijkaardige methodieken.

Het vermogen om medewerkers te motiveren en veranderingen succesvol te begeleiden.
