Jobomschrijving

Vanaf het moment dat een bestelling binnenkomt, neem jij de volledige administratieve opvolging in handen tot aan de facturatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle documenten correct verwerkt worden en ondersteunt de projectmanagers gedurende de volledige projectcyclus.Jouw verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder andere:

  • Controleren of de bestelbon overeenstemt met de offerte en contractuele afspraken
  • Voorbereiden van contracten en opvolgen van betalingsvoorwaarden
  • Aanmaken en beheren van projecten binnen het ERP-systeem
  • Plaatsen van bestellingen bij leveranciers en opvolging van levering van materialen
  • Administratieve ondersteuning bieden aan de projectmanagers
  • Planning van de onderaannemers correct registreren in het systeem
  • Opstellen en beheren van projectdossiers
  • Dagelijks contact onderhouden met klanten, leveranciers en interne stakeholders via telefoon en e-mail
  • Zorgen voor een nauwkeurige administratieve opvolging van A tot Z

Je hebt het volgende profiel

  • Minstens 3 tot 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen een gelijkaardige administratieve en klantgerichte functie
  • Vloeiend Nederlands & Frans, goede kennis Engels
  • Je hebt technische achtergrond (opleiding, werkervaring of technische hobby)
  • Zeer nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en administratief sterk
  • Proactieve en probleemoplossende ingesteldheid
  • Sterk organisatorisch vermogen en gevoel voor prioriteiten
  • Teamplayer die correct en professioneel communiceert
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen is een pluspunt
  • Leergierig en bereid om de producten en processen grondig onder de knie te krijgen
