Pour l'un de nos clients, nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Assistant(e) de Gestion \& Advisory FR / ENG en contrat permanent à 100% et basé(e) à Genève. La ou le collaborateur(trice) supportera un Gestionnaire de Fortune Senior.

Assistante de Gestion Senior / Advisory FR / ENG 100% (m / f)

Notre client est un multi\-family office bien implanté en Suisse.

Missions

  • Intégration au sein de la structure financière ;
  • Support d'un Gestionnaire de Fortune Senior au quotidien sur son portefeuille clients HNWI / UHNWI ;
  • Réponse à l'ensemble des requêtes clients par téléphones, emails, visioconférences et rendez\-vous en face à face ;
  • Lien avec les banques dépositaires partenaires ;
  • Ouverture et clôture des comptes bancaires ;
  • Cash management ;
  • Transferts, virements et paiements ;
  • Passation des ordres de bourse sur toutes classes d'actifs ;
  • Préparation des propositions d'investissements ;
  • Pitch des idées d'investissements aux clients privés HNWI / UHNWI ;
  • Consolidation des comptes clients ;
  • KYC et documentation clients ;
  • Compliance LBA ;
  • Reporting clients et à la Direction ;
  • Participation à la vie du bureau au quotidien.

Profil du candidat

  • Formation bancaire ou académique supérieure en Finance, Économie ou Gestion ;
  • Expérience similaire et significative en assistanat de gestion et advisory en Wealth Management ;
  • Bonnes connaissances des marchés financiers et des instruments financiers ;
  • Bonne maîtrise de la suite MS Office et des programmes bancaires ;
  • Excellente maîtrise de la langue française à l'oral comme à l'écrit ;
  • Bonne maîtrise de la langue anglaise à l'oral comme à l'écrit ;
  • Maîtrise de la langue turque comme un atout ;
  • Rigoureux(se), stable, loyal(e), analytique \& sens du contact client ;
  • Discrétion et sens de la confidentialité.
