Opportunité de rejoindre un propriétaire\-investisseur immobilier de premier plan afin de piloter des projets de rénovation et de construction neuve en Suisse romande. Le poste offre une forte exposition à la gestion de projets complexes, au pilotage des partenaires externes et à la maîtrise des enjeux techniques, financiers et contractuels des opérations.

Chef de Projet \- Représentant du Maître d'Ouvrage (H/F)

Notre client est une société suisse active dans le développement, la transformation et la gestion d'actifs immobiliers en combinant des projets de construction avec la détention d'un important portefeuille immobilier.

Elle concentre ses activités dans les principaux centres urbains du pays, où elle conçoit, planifie et réalise des bâtiments tout en exploitant elle\-même une large partie des biens qu'elle développe.

Missions

En tant que Chef de Projet \- RMO, vous aurez les responsabilités suivantes :

  • Piloter principalement des projets de rénovations immobilières depuis les études de faisabilité (phase 2 SIA) jusqu'à la levée des garanties.
  • Gérer également des projets de constructions neuves depuis les appels d'offres (phase 41 SIA) jusqu'à la livraison des opérations et la levée des garanties.
  • Mettre en place et coordonner l'organisation des projets avec les différentes parties prenantes.
  • Superviser et coordonner les architectes, bureaux d'études, entreprises générales, mandataires et prestataires externes.
  • Assurer le suivi des coûts, délais, qualité et risques tout au long des projets.
  • Établir et maintenir les plannings directeurs des opérations.
  • Gérer les aspects contractuels avec les partenaires et fournisseurs.
  • Analyser, challenger et valider les offres techniques et financières des intervenants externes.
  • Identifier et mettre en œuvre des optimisations techniques et budgétaires.
  • Animer les réunions de projet et assurer un reporting régulier à la direction.
  • Garantir la gestion documentaire et le suivi des décisions prises durant les projets.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes internes impliquées dans les opérations.
  • Superviser les réceptions d'ouvrages, la gestion des défauts et le suivi des garanties.
  • Contrôler les décomptes financiers des projets et assurer leur clôture financière.
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus et méthodes internes.

Profil du candidat

  • Diplôme en architecture, ingénierie civile ou formation équivalente.
  • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets de construction en Suisse romande, idéalement en entreprise générale/totale.
  • Expérience confirmée dans le pilotage de projets de rénovations et/ou de constructions neuves.
  • Excellente connaissance des normes de construction et des aspects réglementaires suisses.
  • Maîtrise des outils MS Office, MS Project et des logiciels de contrôle des coûts.
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément et à coordonner de nombreux intervenants.
  • Solides compétences en communication, négociation et gestion des parties prenantes.
  • Esprit analytique, sens de l'organisation et approche orientée solutions.
  • Maîtrise du français et bon niveau d'anglais.
