Missions

Vos responsabilités:

  • Préparer, rédiger et suivre les actes notariés et la documentation relative aux constitutions, augmentations ou réductions de capital, transformations, fusions et liquidations.
  • Assurer les formalités auprès du Registre du commerce et coordonner les démarches avec les autorités, banques, avocats et autres intervenants.
  • Conseiller les clients sur les aspects pratiques et administratifs liés à la vie des sociétés et veiller à la bonne conformité des dossiers.

Profil du candidat

Votre profil:

  • Expérience significative au sein d'une étude notariale en Suisse romande, avec une pratique confirmée en droit des sociétés.
  • Excellente maîtrise du droit des sociétés suisse, des procédures notariales et des formalités auprès du Registre du commerce.
  • Rigueur, autonomie, sens du service client et capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément dans un environnement exigeant.
