Missions

En tant que Gérant(e) d'immeubles, vous aurez les responsabilités suivantes :

  • Assurer la gestion administrative, technique et financière d'un portefeuille d'immeubles.
  • Être l'interlocuteur privilégié des propriétaires, locataires et différents prestataires.
  • Veiller au bon entretien des bâtiments et coordonner les interventions des entreprises mandatées.
  • Suivre les budgets, travaux et dossiers de sinistres.
  • Gérer les situations juridiques courantes liées au droit du bail.

Profil du candidat

En tant que Gérant(e) d'immeubles, vous avez le profil suivant :

  • Brevet fédéral de gérant·e d'immeubles.
  • Expérience confirmée dans la gestion d'un portefeuille immobilier en Suisse (minimum 5 ans)
  • Maîtrise des aspects techniques, administratifs et juridiques liés à la gérance.
  • Solides compétences relationnelles et orientation client.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en collaborant étroitement avec les équipes internes.
  • Bonne connaissance du marché immobilier vaudois.
