Pour l'un de nos clients, nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Gestionnaire Assurances Entreprises Choses \& Patrimoine en contrat permanent à 100% et basé(e) à Lausanne. La ou le collaborateur(trice) rejoindra le département Back\-Office Assurances de la structure.

Gestionnaire Clientèle Entreprises Back\-Office Assurances

Notre client est une très belle structure active dans le courtage en assurances et en prévoyance en Suisse.

Missions

  • Intégration au sein de la structure ;
  • Gestion technique et administrative sur un portefeuille d'assurances entreprises Choses et Patrimoine ;
  • Analyse des couvertures existantes et recherche de solutions d'assurances adaptées aux besoins des clients ;
  • Établissement d'appels d'offres et de comparatifs d'assurances ;
  • Collaboration avec les compagnies d'assurance dans l'intérêt des clients ;
  • Traitement et suivi des dossiers clients ;
  • Suivi des sinistres ;
  • Travail en équipe avec les chargé\-e\-s de clientèle ;
  • Reporting clients et à la Direction ;
  • Participation à la vie du bureau au quotidien.

Profil du candidat

  • Formation en assurances ;
  • Certificat d'Intermédiaire en Assurances AFA ;
  • Expérience similaire et impérative dans le domaine des assurances entreprises Choses et Patrimoine au sein d'une compagnie d'assurances ou d'un courtier en assurances en Suisse ;
  • Une expérience dans le domaine du courtage en assurances comme un réel atout ;
  • Très bonnes connaissances dans les branches d'assurances entreprises Choses et Patrimoine ;
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels (MS Office) et des logiciels en assurances ;
  • Excellente maîtrise de la langue française à l'oral comme à l'écrit ;
  • Maîtrise d'une autre langue comme un atout ;
  • Autonomie et esprit d'équipe ;
  • Esprit d'initiative ;
  • Discrétion et sens de la confidentialité.
