Onze klant zoekt een analytische en hands-on Aankoop & Demand Planner die aankoop, demand planning en operationele coördinatie combineert in één cruciale functie. Je staat centraal in de bevoorradingsketen en zorgt ervoor dat grondstoffen en verpakkingen tijdig beschikbaar zijn om een vlotte productie en klantbelevering te garanderen.

Omschrijving

  • Opstellen, analyseren en opvolgen van forecast- en demandplanningen.
  • Analyseren van verkooptrends, voorraadniveaus en productiebehoeften.
  • Plaatsen en opvolgen van aankooporders voor grondstoffen, verpakkingen en andere noodzakelijke materialen.
  • Bewaken van levertermijnen en proactief opvolgen van leveranciersprestaties.
  • Signaleren van mogelijke bevoorradingsrisico's en uitwerken van oplossingen.
  • Fungeren als schakel tussen aankoop, productie, kwaliteit, logistiek en sales.
  • Inschatten van de impact van wijzigingen in productieplanning, leveringen en voorraadbeschikbaarheid.
  • Opvolgen van prijsafspraken, contracten en correcte verwerking in het ERP-systeem.
  • Beheren en opvolgen van leveranciersklachten.
  • Uitwerken van analyses rond voorraad, forecastafwijkingen, aankoopprijzen en leveranciersperformance.
  • Voorbereiden van KPI-rapporteringen voor het management.
  • Actief bijdragen aan optimalisatieprojecten binnen supply chain en aankoop.
  • Bachelor of Master binnen Supply Chain, Logistiek, Handelswetenschappen, Bedrijfseconomie of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Een eerste relevante ervaring binnen aankoop, demand planning, supply chain planning of materiaalplanning.
  • Ervaring binnen de voedingsindustrie vormt een sterke meerwaarde.
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en affiniteit met cijfers.
  • Goede kennis van Excel; ervaring met ERP-systemen is een plus.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en behoudt het overzicht in een complexe omgeving.
  • Je neemt ownership en werkt zelfstandig.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een vlotte samenwerking met diverse stakeholders.
  • Oplossingsgericht, proactief en stressbestendig.
  • Vlotte kennis van het Nederlands, professionele kennis Frans is een plus.
