Job Description ##

  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Kundenbeziehungen im nationalen und internationalen Umfeld
  • Aktive Akquisition von Neukunden und Erschliessung neuer Marktpotenziale
  • Technische und kommerzielle Beratung von Kunden rund um Getriebe- und Kupplungslösungen
  • Erarbeitung kundenspezifischer Angebote in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den internen Fachabteilungen
  • Verantwortung für den gesamten Verkaufsprozess - von der ersten Kundenanfrage bis zum erfolgreichen Vertragsabschluss
  • Durchführung von Kundenbesuchen, Präsentationen und Vertragsverhandlungen
  • Beobachtung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsentwicklungen sowie Identifikation neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten
  • Teilnahme an Fachmessen und Kundenveranstaltungen
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit und nachhaltigen Kundenbindung

The Successful Applicant ##

  • Technische Grundausbildung, idealerweise im Maschinenbau, in der Mechanik oder Elektrotechnik
  • Weiterbildung im Bereich Verkauf, Betriebswirtschaft oder Technik von Vorteil
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im technischen Verkauf oder Account Management
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Antriebstechnik, insbesondere Getriebe und Kupplungen, sind ein Plus
  • Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung sowie Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und unternehmerische Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Reisebereitschaft im Rahmen der internationalen Kundenbetreuung
