Als Sales Support in het Waasland werk je binnen de retail en zorg je voor een vlotte opvolging van klantgerichte administratieve taken. Je helpt mee om vragen en dossiers correct te behandelen, zodat de customer service goed blijft draaien.

Omschrijving

Voertuigadministratie & Sales Support (80%)

  • Je begeleidt het volledige administratieve proces van verkochte voertuigen van A tot Z.
  • Je ondersteunt de verkopers en zorgt ervoor dat zij maximaal ontzorgd worden.
  • Je plant leveringen, opbouwmomenten en andere noodzakelijke interventies in.
  • Je verzamelt en controleert alle benodigde klantgegevens en documenten.
  • Je volgt betalingen nauwgezet op.
  • Je fungeert als centraal aanspreekpunt tussen klanten, verkopers, opbouwers en andere externe partners.
  • Je verzorgt een professionele interne en externe communicatie.
  • Je maakt facturen op en verwerkt administratieve dossiers.
  • Je staat in voor de registratie van voertuigen in de relevante systemen.
  • Je activeert en volgt garantieprocedures op.

Preventie (15%)

  • Je ondersteunt de basisactiviteiten van de interne preventiedienst.
  • Je plant medische onderzoeken en verplichte opleidingen in.
  • Je zorgt voor de administratieve opvolging van certificaten en attesten.
  • Je ondersteunt het onthaal en de onboarding van nieuwe medewerkers.
  • Je helpt bij het beheer van werkkledij en persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen.
  • Je draagt bij aan de opvolging van veiligheidsprocedures.
  • Je verleent administratieve ondersteuning tijdens ISO-audits.

Communicatie & Social Media (5%)

  • Je ondersteunt de zichtbaarheid van het bedrijf via social media.
  • Je verzorgt berichten rond nieuwe voertuigleveringen en bedrijfsmijlpalen.

  • Je werkt nauwkeurig bij het verwerken en controleren van gegevens.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk en vriendelijk met klanten en collega's.
