Omschrijving

  • Behandelen van inkomende aanvragen rond herstellingen en technische interventies.
  • Analyseren van klantvragen en uitvoeren van technische inschattingen.
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van offertes.
  • Adviseren van klanten over de meest geschikte oplossing.
  • Inplannen en coördineren van interventies in samenwerking met de operationele teams.
  • Opvolgen van dossiers van aanvraag tot oplevering.
  • Uitbouwen van duurzame klantenrelaties en detecteren van commerciële opportuniteiten.
  • Waken over een kwaliteitsvolle dienstverlening en een vlotte communicatie met alle betrokken partijen.
  • Beschikt over een technische achtergrond of sterke technische affiniteit.
  • Combineert klantgerichtheid met commerciële vaardigheden.
  • Werkt nauwkeurig en kan meerdere dossiers tegelijk opvolgen.
  • Is communicatief sterk en bouwt vlot relaties op.
  • Denkt oplossingsgericht en neemt verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Heeft een goede kennis van MS Office en werkt administratief correct.
  • Beheerst het Nederlands uitstekend; kennis van Frans is een plus.
  • Ervaring in een technische of commerciële functie is een troef.
