Missions

Vous serez en charge de ;

  • la gestion de dossiers et des demandes reçues via leur intranet
  • Lors de vos appels téléphoniques, vous analysez les besoins de vos clients
  • Vous assurez un suivi irréprochable avec vos futurs clients et vos clients actuels
  • Vous participez occasionnellement à des événements et effectuez des présentations chez nos partenaires externes.
  • Avoir une première expérience dans une fonction administrative, ou autre
  • Être parfaitement bilingue en français et néerlandais
  • Aimer le contact clientèle
  • Être structuré(e), et organisé(e)
  • Vous avez un intérêt marqué pour le monde de l'entrepreneuriat et une affinité avec les thématiques RH.
