Voor onze klant zoeken we een commercieel talent dat verantwoordelijk wordt voor de verdere groei van een innovatieve softwareoplossing in Wallonië. In deze rol combineer je prospectie, consultatieve verkoop en klantenbegeleiding om ondernemers en boekhoudkantoren te ondersteunen bij het optimaliseren van hun dagelijkse werking.

Onze klant is een snelgroeiende en innovatieve softwareorganisatie die digitale oplossingen ontwikkelt voor ondernemers, zelfstandigen en accountants. Dankzij een sterke focus op automatisering, gebruiksvriendelijkheid en klantgerichtheid helpt de organisatie haar klanten efficiënter te werken en hun administratieve processen te vereenvoudigen.

Omschrijving

  • Actief opsporen en benaderen van nieuwe commerciële opportuniteiten binnen Wallonië.
  • Uitbouwen van duurzame relaties met KMO's, zelfstandigen, ondernemers en accountancykantoren.
  • Zelfstandig beheren en opvolgen van je salespipeline.
  • Analyseren van de behoeften en uitdagingen van prospects.
  • Geven van demo's en presentaties op maat van de klant.
  • Begeleiden van prospects gedurende het volledige verkooptraject.
  • Opleiden van nieuwe klanten en ondersteunen van een succesvolle implementatie.
  • Organiseren van workshops, webinars en onboardingsessies.
  • Waken over een snelle gebruikersadoptie en klanttevredenheid.
  • Delen van marktinzichten en klantfeedback met interne teams zoals marketing, productontwikkeling en customer support.
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van boekhouding en begrijpt de uitdagingen van ondernemers en accountants.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen B2B-sales, accountmanagement of consultatieve verkoop.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en weet vertrouwen op te bouwen bij klanten.
  • Je combineert commerciële daadkracht met een adviserende aanpak.
  • Je haalt energie uit prospectie en business development.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, gestructureerd en resultaatgericht.
  • Je bent sterk in het geven van opleidingen, demo's en presentaties.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Frans en beschikt over een professioneel niveau Nederlands (minimum B2).
  • Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B.
