Notre client est une régie immobilière genevoise reconnue et solidement implantée sur le marché local.

Dans le cadre du développement de ses activités, elle souhaite renforcer son département comptable avec une personne expérimentée, capable de gérer un portefeuille immobilier de manière autonome et de rejoindre la structure dans une perspective durable.

Job Description ##

Pour réussir dans cette fonction, vous disposez des éléments suivants :

  • Une formation en comptabilité ou un parcours jugé équivalent
  • Au moins trois années d'expérience en comptabilité immobilière au sein d'une régie en Suisse
  • Une bonne maîtrise des décomptes de chauffage et de frais accessoires
  • Une expérience confirmée des bouclements d'immeubles
  • Une connaissance de la comptabilité PPE
  • Une pratique d'un ERP immobilier tel que Quorum ou d'un outil équivalent
  • Une bonne maîtrise d'Excel et une aisance générale avec les outils informatiques
  • Un excellent niveau de français, à l'écrit comme à l'oral

Vous êtes en mesure de travailler de manière autonome tout en maintenant une bonne coordination avec les autres membres de l'équipe.

Votre rigueur, votre sens des responsabilités et votre capacité d'organisation vous permettent de gérer des volumes importants dans le respect des échéances. Vous souhaitez également vous inscrire durablement au sein d'une structure stable.

  • Formation en comptabilité ou formation jugée équivalente
  • Minimum 3 ans d'expérience en comptabilité immobilière au sein d'une régie en Suisse
  • Bonne maîtrise des décomptes de chauffage et frais accessoires
  • Expérience des bouclements d'immeubles et de la comptabilité PPE
  • Connaissance d'un ERP immobilier tel que Quorum ou équivalent
  • Maîtrise d'Excel et aisance avec les outils informatiques
  • Français courant à l'écrit comme à l'oral
