Ben jij administratief sterk, klantgericht en voel je je thuis in een internationale omgeving? Als Customer Service & Export Coordinator ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de volledige opvolging van klantorders, van bestelling tot levering. Je vormt de schakel tussen klanten, transporteurs, magazijnen en interne afdelingen en zorgt ervoor dat alles vlot en correct verloopt.

Onze klant, een bekende speler in de sector van FMCG, is actief op zoek naar een nieuwe collega omwille van groei.

Ze zoeken een customer service profiel met focus op de logistiek, export.

Ze bevinden zich in Vrasene en zijn best bereikbaar met het eigen vervoer.

Omschrijving

Als Customer Service Export:

  • Je beheert het volledige orderproces van internationale klanten, van orderinvoer tot en met de levering van de goederen.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte en tijdige verwerking van orders en bewaakt de voortgang van elk dossier.
  • Je stelt de nodige exportdocumenten op en garandeert een nauwkeurige administratieve opvolging.
  • je zorgt voor een opvolging op vlak van douane documenatie.
  • Je volgt voorraadniveaus op in zowel interne als externe magazijnen en draagt bij aan een efficiënte goederenstroom.
  • Je bouwt duurzame relaties op met klanten door een professionele en klantgerichte service te bieden.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van verschillende afdelingen om een vlotte en kwalitatieve dienstverlening te garanderen.

Als Customer Service Export heb je het volgende profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma.
  • Je hebt ervaring met orderverwerking in een customer service- of supply chain-functie.
  • Je hebt kennis van douane procedures.
  • Je hebt ervaring met export dossiers.
  • Je bent sterk in het stellen van prioriteiten en bewaart het overzicht, zelfs in complexe situaties.
  • Je denkt proactief en oplossingsgericht en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor een vlotte opvolging van dossiers.
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel, zowel in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels. Kennis van het Duits is een plus.
