Als Customer Success Advisor ben jij de spil tussen de klant en het bedrijf. Je zorgt ervoor dat klanten het maximale uit het platform halen, begeleidt hen tijdens hun onboarding en bent hun vaste aanspreekpunt wanneer er vragen of uitdagingen zijn.

Omschrijving

Als Customer Success Specialist zijn jouw taken:

  • Begeleiden van nieuwe klanten tijdens hun onboarding
  • Klanten opleiden en wegwijs maken in het platform
  • Dossiers correct beheren en opvolgen van A tot Z
  • Klanten ondersteunen via mail en Teams
  • Omgaan met klachten, bezorgdheden en moeilijke gesprekken
  • Retentiegesprekken voeren en klanten overtuigen om aan boord te blijven
  • Opportuniteiten herkennen voor upselling en uitbreiding van bestaande samenwerkingen
  • Intensief samenwerken met Sales en de commerciële afspraken verder uitwerken
  • Alle klantinteracties nauwkeurig registreren in het CRM-systeem
  • Een belangrijke schakel zijn tussen verschillende interne en externe stakeholders

Als Customer Success Specialist heb je het volgende profiel:

  • Ervaring binnen customer service, accountmanagement, inside sales of een commerciële binnendienst
  • Vlotte kennis van het Nederlands en een goede professionele kennis van het Frans
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en voldoende assertiviteit
  • Professioneel kunnen omgaan met klachten, bezwaren en moeilijke klantengesprekken
  • Veerkrachtig en niet snel ontmoedigd door een "nee"
  • Proactieve houding en een echte hands-on mentaliteit
  • Resultaatgericht en gemotiveerd door targets
  • Verantwoordelijkheidszin en ownership over een eigen klantenportefeuille
  • Administratief sterk en nauwkeurig in de opvolging van dossiers
  • Dynamisch, energiek en graag actief in een snel evoluerende omgeving
