Bedrijfsomschrijving

Onze klant is een toonaangevende Belgische groothandel gespecialiseerd in bouw- en infrastructuurmaterialen. Met meerdere vestigingen verspreid over het land ondersteunen zij dagelijks professionele klanten met een uitgebreid assortiment, technische expertise en een sterke logistieke dienstverlening. Vanuit de hub in regio Geel wordt een cruciale rol gespeeld in de bevoorrading van klanten binnen de regio.

Omschrijving

  • Opstellen en bijsturen van de dagelijkse transportplanning.
  • Inplannen van leveringen binnen de afgesproken termijnen.
  • Verwerken van inkomende orders in het ERP-systeem.
  • Opvolgen van voorraadbeschikbaarheid en levertermijnen.
  • Tijdig bestellen van materialen of afstemmen met de binnendienst wanneer producten niet beschikbaar zijn.
  • Proactief zoeken naar oplossingen bij stockverschillen of onvolledige leveringen.
  • Rechtstreeks contact met klanten rond leverdata, afwijkingen en alternatieven.
  • Afstemmen met magazijnmedewerkers zodat orders tijdig en correct worden gepickt en verpakt.
  • Ondersteunen bij stockopvolging en stocktellingen.
  • Signaleren van knelpunten en meewerken aan verdere structuur en optimalisatie binnen de hub.
  • Fungeren als centraal aanspreekpunt tussen klant, magazijn, transport en commerciële binnendienst.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen planning, logistiek, dispatching of supply chain.
  • Interesse in of kennis van bouwmaterialen is een grote troef.
  • Je begrijpt hoe een magazijnomgeving functioneert en voelt je comfortabel in een operationele omgeving.
  • Je hebt een commerciële ingesteldheid en denkt mee in oplossingen voor klanten.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en behoudt overzicht wanneer prioriteiten voortdurend wijzigen.
  • Je durft beslissingen nemen en neemt verantwoordelijkheid op.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en schakelt vlot met verschillende interne en externe contacten.
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen is een pluspunt.
