Onze klant is een internationaal actieve en financieel stabiele organisatie met een sterke reputatie binnen haar sector. Vanuit de vestiging in Antwerpen ondersteunt een professioneel finance team de dagelijkse financiële processen en wordt er continu ingezet op kwaliteit, efficiëntie en innovatie. Door hun groeiambities zijn ze vandaag op zoek naar een Financieel Administratief Specialist die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en mee wil bouwen aan verbeterde processen.

Omschrijving

  • Verwerken en opvolgen van facturatieprocessen op een correcte en tijdige manier.
  • Beheren en opvolgen van klanten- en debiteurenboekhouding.
  • Actieve opvolging van openstaande facturen en uitvoeren van de volledige aanmaningsprocedure.
  • Ondersteunen bij de administratieve verwerking van betalingen en openstaande dossiers.
  • Beheren van de facturatie-mailbox en beantwoorden van vragen van klanten en stakeholders.
  • Telefonisch contact onderhouden met klanten, leveranciers en andere betrokken partijen.
  • Uitvoeren van diverse financiële en administratieve ondersteuningstaken.
  • Opstellen, analyseren en optimaliseren van financiële rapporteringen.
  • Opvolgen van omzetrapporten, KPI's, openstaande posten en financiële statistieken.
  • Signaleren van verbeterpunten en meewerken aan digitalisatie- en automatiseringsprojecten.
  • Ondersteunen bij ad-hoc projecten binnen Finance en operationele systemen.
  • Je beschikt over een opleiding binnen boekhouding, accountancy of finance.
  • Een bachelor Accountancy-Fiscaliteit of gelijkwaardige ervaring is een sterke troef.
  • Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring binnen facturatie, debiteurenbeheer of financiële administratie.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en met oog voor detail.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met systemen, data en rapportering.
  • Je denkt analytisch en zoekt graag naar efficiëntere manieren van werken.
  • Je bent proactief en neemt initiatief.
  • Ervaring met complexe facturatieomgevingen is een pluspunt.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands.
  • Je hebt een basiskennis van Frans en Engels.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig maar voelt je ook sterk binnen een teamomgeving.
