Als HR Administrator:

  • Je beheert en actualiseert personeelsgegevens in de HR-administratie.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat personeelsdossiers, contracten en HR-processen correct en efficiënt verlopen.
  • Je verwerkt administratieve documenten zorgvuldig en tijdig.
  • Je volgt HR-dossiers op en houdt de nodige informatie overzichtelijk.
  • Je beantwoordt administratieve vragen van medewerkers op een duidelijke manier.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met medewerkers, managers en externe partners.
  • Je houdt de administratie binnen Human Resources gestructureerd en actueel.

Als HR Admin heb je het volgende profiel:

  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands en Frans.
  • Je houdt overzicht in dossiers en administratieve taken.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk over praktische HR-vragen.
  • Je hebt een eerste administratieve ervaring.
