Als HR Business Partner ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en leidinggevenden en zorg je voor een vlekkeloze HR-administratie, terwijl je actief meebouwt aan verdere professionalisering van de HR-processen.

Onze klant is een gerenommeerde Belgische speler binnen de voedingsindustrie en maakt deel uit van een sterk verankerde familiale groep. Met meerdere gespecialiseerde productiesites en een internationale afzetmarkt combineert de organisatie vakmanschap, innovatie en kwaliteit. De bedrijfscultuur wordt gekenmerkt door korte communicatielijnen, een warme sfeer en een sterke focus op samenwerking. Voor het filiaal in Lokeren zijn ze op zoek naar een versterking in het HR-team.

Omschrijving

  • Verantwoordelijk voor de correcte voorbereiding en verwerking van de payroll.
  • Beheren van personeelsadministratie en sociale documenten van A tot Z.
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van arbeidsovereenkomsten en diverse HR-documenten.
  • Controleren en opvolgen van tijdsregistraties, afwezigheden en verlofaanvragen.
  • Toepassen en interpreteren van sociale wetgeving binnen verschillende paritaire comités.
  • Opvolgen van wijzigingen in arbeidsrechtelijke regelgeving en deze vertalen naar de organisatie.
  • Adviseren van medewerkers en leidinggevenden over sociaal-juridische HR-vraagstukken.
  • Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor arbeiders, bedienden en leidinggevenden.
  • Ondersteunen van HR-processen gedurende de volledige employee lifecycle.
  • Nauw samenwerken met de HR-collega's en optreden als back-up waar nodig.
  • Actief bijdragen aan optimalisatie- en verbeterprojecten binnen HR.
  • Bacheloropleiding in Human Resources, Personeelswerk of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Relevante ervaring binnen payroll en personeelsadministratie.
  • Grondige kennis van sociale wetgeving en interesse om deze expertise verder uit te bouwen.
  • Ervaring met of interesse in het werken binnen verschillende paritaire comités.
  • Discrete en professionele omgang met vertrouwelijke informatie.
  • Sterk organisatorisch vermogen en oog voor detail.
  • Vlotte communicatiestijl en het vermogen om vertrouwen op te bouwen met diverse stakeholders.
  • Proactieve en oplossingsgerichte mindset.
  • Teamspeler die kennis deelt en graag samen resultaten behaalt.
