Vanuit hun moderne kantoren werken enthousiaste medewerkers dagelijks mee aan de energietransitie en de verdere uitbouw van een toekomstgerichte dienstverlening.

Omschrijving

  • Proactief contacteren van bestaande en potentiële klanten.
  • Detecteren van commerciële opportuniteiten en klanten informeren over relevante oplossingen.
  • Opbouwen en onderhouden van sterke klantenrelaties.
  • Luisteren naar de behoeften van klanten en hierop inspelen met een passend voorstel.
  • Administratief correct verwerken van gesprekken en klantgegevens in het CRM-systeem.
  • Behalen van individuele en gezamenlijke commerciële doelstellingen.
  • Samenwerken met collega's van verschillende afdelingen om een optimale klantenervaring te garanderen.
  • Actief bijdragen aan de groei van de organisatie.
  • Heeft een eerste ervaring binnen telesales, customer service of een commerciële binnendienstfunctie.
  • Gedreven juniors mogen ook!
  • Beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands.
  • Is commercieel ingesteld en haalt energie uit klantencontact.
  • Werkt resultaatsgericht zonder de klantgerichtheid uit het oog te verliezen.
  • Is stressbestendig en kan prioriteiten stellen.
  • Werkt vlot met digitale tools en CRM-systemen.
  • Heeft een positieve instelling en een echte teamspirit.
  • Beschikt over een sterke dosis overtuigingskracht en professionaliteit.
