Het bedrijf is een groeiende organisatie binnen de automotive sector. Het hoofdkantoor is in Mechelen en biedt een fijne werkplek aan waar er niet alleen hard gewerkt kan worden, maar ook ruimte is voor persoonlijke connectie en interactie.

Omschrijving

Als Junior Customer Agent:

  • Adviseer je klanten bij al hun vragen, zowel via mail als telefoon in het Nederlands en Frans
  • Werk je nauw samen met de HR en aankoopafdeling van jouw klanten om dossiers correct en efficiënt op te volgen
  • Zorg je voor een goede administratieve opvolging en heb je oog voor kwaliteit
  • Communiceer je pro-actief en hou je alle betrokken partijen tijdig op de hoogte

Als Junior Customer Agent heb je het volgende profiel:

  • Je behaalde een Bachelor diploma of hebt al een eerste relevante werkervaring
  • Je bent taalvaardig: je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels
  • Je bent administratief én organisatorisch sterk
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en houdt ervan om het overzicht te bewaren
  • Je houdt ervan om met klanten in contact te staan
