Unser Kunde ist ein wachsendes Schweizer Handelsunternehmen mit Sitz in Zug und internationaler Ausrichtung. Das Unternehmen handelt mit einem breiten Portfolio internationaler FMCG- und Konsumgüterprodukte und arbeitet mit Partner aus Retail und Grosshandel zusammen. Für den weiteren Ausbau des Schweizer Geschäfts suchen wir eine unternehmerische Persönlichkeit, die Freude am aktiven Verkauf und am dynamischen Handelsgeschäft mitbringt.

Job Description ##

  • Aktive Identifikation und Akquisition neuer Kund und Handelspartner im Schweizer FMCG-Markt
  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Geschäftsbeziehungen zu Retailern, Grosshändlern und weiteren Vertriebspartner
  • Identifikation attraktiver Handelsmöglichkeiten, neuer Produkte und zusätzlicher Absatzkanäle
  • Eigenständige Führung von Verkaufsgesprächen sowie Verhandlung von Preisen, Konditionen und Handelsabschlüssen
  • Analyse von Markttrends, Produktverfügbarkeiten und Preisentwicklungen zur Erschliessung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Einkauf, Category Management und Geschäftsleitung zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung von Handelsgeschäften
  • Schrittweise Übernahme zusätzlicher Verantwortung für eigene Kund, Produktkategorien und Handelsaktivitäten

The Successful Applicant ##

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium beziehungsweise vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste bis mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im FMCG-Umfeld, idealerweise im B2B-Sales, Trading, Grosshandel oder Business Development
  • Gutes Verständnis des Schweizer Konsumgütermarktes; bestehende Kontakte zu Schweizer Retailern sind ein Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung
  • Ausgeprägtes kommerzielles Denken, Verhandlungsgeschick und eine proaktive, unternehmerische Persönlichkeit mit Freude an Akquisition und Abschlüssen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil
