  • Doorloop een management traineeship binnen verschillende operationele en ondersteunende afdelingen.
  • Leer de volledige logistieke en havenwerking van de werkvloer tot managementniveau kennen.
  • Werk mee aan dagelijkse projecten.
  • Neem stapsgewijs meer verantwoordelijkheid op en ontwikkel je leiderschapsvaardigheden.
  • Analyseer uitdagingen, denk oplossingsgericht mee en neem initiatief.
  • Werk samen met verschillende teams en stakeholders binnen de organisatie.
  • Groei uit tot een toekomstige leidinggevende binnen een dynamische operationele omgeving.
  • Bouw een sterke basis uit voor een carrière in sales, operations, logistiek en people management.
  • Masterdiploma vereist
  • Pas afgestudeerd of een eerste professionele ervaring.
  • Hands-on ingesteld en niet bang om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen.
  • Leergierig, ambitieus en klaar om snel bij te leren.
  • Sterke probleemoplosser die initiatief neemt.
  • Kan zelfstandig werken, maar functioneert ook uitstekend in team.
  • Beschikt over natuurlijke leiderschapskwaliteiten en weet anderen mee te krijgen.
  • Flexibel, ondernemend en geen typische 9-to-5 mentaliteit.
  • Vlot in het Nederlands en Engels.
  • Klaar om vanuit de praktijk door te groeien naar een managementfunctie.
