Als Logistieke Customer Service Representative - Tank Sector in Antwerpen zorg je voor een vlotte opvolging van klantenvragen binnen de transport- en distributiesector. Je houdt de logistieke communicatie overzichtelijk, zodat klanten correct en tijdig geïnformeerd blijven. Daarnaast zorg je voor een correcte registratie & opvolging van logistieke documentatie.

Omschrijving

Als Logistiek Medewerker ben je de spil tussen klanten, transporteurs en interne afdelingen. Je zorgt ervoor dat logistieke processen vlot en correct verlopen.

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor een toegewezen klantenportefeuille.
  • Je coördineert en registreert railtransporten en verwerkt bijhorende instructies.
  • Je controleert opdrachten op volledigheid en onderneemt actie waar nodig.
  • Je ondersteunt de dagelijkse expeditieactiviteiten en verwerkt inkomende documenten.
  • Je behandelt en controleert transportdocumentatie voor trucktransporten.
  • Je zorgt voor een kwalitatief onthaal van chauffeurs.
  • Je stelt rapporteringen en klantoverzichten op.
  • Je maakt douane- en aangiftedocumenten op en verwerkt deze correct.
  • Je beheert de stockadministratie en voert diverse administratieve taken uit.

Als Logistieke Customer Service Representative - Tank Sector heb je het volgende profiel:

  • Je beschikt minimaal over een diploma secundair onderwijs (A2), bij voorkeur in een logistieke richting.
  • Een eerste ervaring binnen logistiek, customer service of chemische opslag is een pluspunt.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van Frans en/of Duits is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je werkt vlot met MS Office en hebt ervaring met ERP-systemen.
  • Je bent klantgericht en weet professioneel te communiceren.
  • Je blijft rustig en flexibel in een dynamische werkomgeving.
  • Je hebt oog voor detail en werkt administratief zeer nauwkeurig.
