Voor onze klant zoeken we een gedreven Data & Operations Analiyst die operationele data analyseert en actief bijdraagt aan verbeteringen binnen het bedrijf. In deze rol combineer je analyses met een hands-on aanpak. Je onderzoekt afwijkingen, identificeert optimalisatiekansen en gaat in gesprek met betrokken medewerkers om verbeteringen duurzaam te verankeren.

Dankzij een sterke focus op data-gedreven besluitvorming investeert de onderneming volop in optimalisatie van processen, middelen en prestaties. Werknemers krijgen er de ruimte om initiatief te nemen, verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen en een tastbare impact te maken op de dagelijkse werking.

Omschrijving

  • Verzamelen en analyseren van operationele data uit diverse systemen.
  • Uitwerken van rapporteringen, analyses en dashboards.
  • Detecteren van afwijkingen, patronen en optimalisatiekansen.
  • Analyseren van verbruik, gebruik en prestaties van voertuigen, machines en operationele processen.
  • Onderzoeken van onderliggende oorzaken achter opvallende cijfers en trends
  • Actief contact opnemen met medewerkers om bevindingen te bespreken.
  • Formuleren van verbeteracties en opvolgen van de implementatie ervan.
  • Signaleren van structurele inefficiënties en ondersteunen van continue verbetertrajecten.
  • Management adviseren op basis van heldere data-inzichten en aanbevelingen.
  • Bachelorniveau of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Sterke analytische en cijfermatige vaardigheden.
  • Ervaring met Excel en/of andere analysetools.
  • Affiniteit met operationele processen, transport, fleet, logistiek of technische omgevingen.
  • Communicatief sterk en in staat om met verschillende stakeholders te schakelen.
  • Zelfstandig, proactief en resultaatgericht.
  • Iemand die verder kijkt dan de cijfers en impact wil maken op de werkvloer.
