Onze klant is een gerenommeerde Belgische producent binnen de voedingsindustrie die al decennialang bekend staat om haar kwalitatieve producten en sterke focus op innovatie. Voor één van haar productiesites in de regio Lokeren zijn we op zoek naar een Payroll Officer die personeelsadministratie en adviesverlening rond sociale wetgeving combineert.

Onze klant maakt deel uit van een succesvol Belgisch familiebedrijf met een sterke internationale aanwezigheid. Doorheen de jaren groeide de organisatie uit tot een belangrijke speler binnen de FMCG-sector, met een duidelijke focus op kwaliteit, duurzaamheid en continue productontwikkeling.

De bedrijfscultuur wordt gekenmerkt door korte beslissingslijnen, een menselijke aanpak en een sterke betrokkenheid van medewerkers. Binnen de HR-afdeling krijg je de kans om impact te maken en actief mee te bouwen aan efficiëntere processen.

Omschrijving

Als Payroll Officer:

  • Je houdt dossiers overzichtelijk en actueel.Verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding en opvolging van de payroll voor arbeiders en bedienden.
  • Beheren van personeelsadministratie en sociale documenten.
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van arbeidsovereenkomsten, addenda en andere HR-documentatie.
  • Opvolgen van tijdsregistraties, afwezigheden en verlofadministratie.
  • Correct toepassen en interpreteren van sociale wetgeving.
  • Opvolgen van wijzigingen binnen het sociaal recht en deze vertalen naar de organisatie.
  • Adviseren van medewerkers en leidinggevenden rond payroll- en sociaaljuridische vragen.
  • Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor zowel arbeiders als bedienden.
  • Ondersteunen van HR-processen over de volledige employee lifecycle.
  • Nauw samenwerken met de HR-collega's en optreden als back-up waar nodig.
  • Actief bijdragen aan optimalisaties en verbeterprojecten binnen HR.
  • Bachelor diploma in een HR-gerelateerde richting of gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.
  • Ervaring binnen payroll en personeelsadministratie.
  • Goede kennis van Belgische sociale wetgeving.
  • Ervaring met verschillende paritaire comités is een sterke troef.
  • Discreet en professioneel in de omgang met vertrouwelijke informatie.
  • Sterk administratief, nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
  • Communicatief sterk en in staat om vertrouwen op te bouwen met diverse stakeholders.
  • Proactieve teamspeler met een hands-on mentaliteit.
  • Interesse in een productie- en voedingsomgeving.
