Dans le cadre du développement de ses activités Supply Chain en Suisse, nous recherchons un(e) Procurement Specialist afin de renforcer une équipe approvisionnement en pleine croissance.

Job Description ##

Au sein d'une équipe Supply Chain internationale, vous assurez la gestion opérationnelle des approvisionnements après validation des besoins par les équipes achats.

Vos principales missions sont les suivantes :

  • Créer, contrôler et libérer les commandes d'achat dans l'ERP.
  • Assurer le suivi complet des commandes auprès des fournisseurs jusqu'à leur réception.
  • Garantir la qualité et la fiabilité des données dans les systèmes.
  • Enregistrer et maintenir l'ensemble des informations relatives aux produits et aux approvisionnements.
  • Identifier et résoudre les écarts de stock, problèmes de traçabilité ou anomalies administratives.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes Achats, Logistique et Supply Chain basées en Suisse et à l'international.
  • Participer au suivi des fournisseurs afin de garantir le respect des délais, des quantités et des exigences qualité.
  • Contribuer aux initiatives d'amélioration continue des processus d'approvisionnement.
  • Le poste couvre à la fois des flux d'approvisionnement récurrents et des références spécifiques nécessitant un niveau élevé de rigueur, de documentation et de traçabilité.

The Successful Applicant ##

Formation supérieure en Supply Chain, Logistique, Achats ou domaine équivalent.

Expérience confirmée dans une fonction d'approvisionnement, de procurement ou de coordination Supply Chain.

Bonne maîtrise de SAP (MM et/ou SD).

Excellentes compétences sur Excel.

Français courant.

Anglais courant (échanges quotidiens dans un environnement international).

Excellente capacité d'organisation et sens aigu du détail.

Rigueur administrative et goût pour le travail sur les données.

Aisance relationnelle et capacité à collaborer avec des interlocuteurs variés.

Approche proactive, orientée service et résolution de problèmes.
