Een klantgerichte en administratief sterke professional die een centrale rol wil opnemen binnen het schadebeheer van verschillende vestigingen. In deze functie ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en zorg je ervoor dat herstellingen en schadegevallen vlot en professioneel worden opgevolgd.

Bedrijfsomschrijving

Onze klant is een gerenommeerde en sterk groeiende automotive groep met meerdere vestigingen in Oost-Vlaanderen. Dankzij hun focus op kwaliteit, klantgerichtheid en service-excellentie zijn zij uitgegroeid tot een gevestigde waarde binnen de sector. Medewerkers krijgen er de kans om zich verder te ontwikkelen binnen een dynamische en familiale werkomgeving waar teamwork en betrokkenheid centraal staan. Voor het fililaal in Grotenberge zijn ze op zoek naar een nieuwe medewerker.

Omschrijving

  • Je verwelkomt klanten op een professionele, vriendelijke en servicegerichte manier.
  • Je behandelt inkomende telefoons en e-mails met betrekking tot afspraken en schadeherstellingen.
  • Je ontvangt klanten bij hun afspraak en licht de geplande werkzaamheden duidelijk toe.
  • Je staat in voor het inplannen van afspraken en het administratief opvolgen van herstellingsdossiers.
  • Je maakt bestekken, offertes en facturen op en zorgt voor een correcte verwerking ervan.
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met experten en verzekeringsmaatschappijen voor schade- en verzekeringsdossiers.
  • Je volgt de administratieve flow van schadegevallen nauwgezet op.
  • Je helpt mee met het beheer van het vervangwagenpark en ziet toe op de netheid en beschikbaarheid van de voertuigen.
  • Je biedt ondersteuning aan meerdere vestigingen binnen de regio.
  • Je haalt energie uit klantencontact en streeft steeds naar een optimale service.
  • Je staat aan het begin van jouw professionele carrière of hebt reeds een eerste relevante ervaring achter de rug.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en administratief sterk.
  • Je kan goed omgaan met drukte en behoudt het overzicht, ook wanneer verschillende dossiers tegelijk lopen.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht en werkt graag samen met collega's.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Frans.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met courante pc-toepassingen.
  • Technische kennis van voertuigen of carrosserie is een troef.
  • Ervaring met Informex, Claims 360 en/of PlanManager vormt een extra pluspunt.
