Job Description ##

Diese Position verbindet operatives HR mit Business Partnering. Sie agieren von Beginn an als Ansprechpartner/in und Sparringspartner/in für Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende in sämtlichen personalrelevanten Fragestellungen und tragen gleichzeitig die Verantwortung für ausgewählte operative HR-Prozesse. Mit dem weiteren Ausbau des HR Shared Services Centers wird der administrative Anteil der Rolle schrittweise reduziert, wodurch der Fokus zunehmend auf HR Business Partnering, Beratung von Führungskräften sowie strategische HR-Themen gelegt wird.Sie berichten direkt an die Head of HR Business Partnering und werden im operativen Tagesgeschäft von einer HR Assistant unterstützt.Zu den Hauptaufgaben gehören:

· Hands-on HR-Administration, Arbeitsverträge, Reglemente sowie Koordination der Lohnverarbeitung (initiale Phase)

· Zentrale HR-Ansprechperson für Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende entlang des gesamten Employee Life Cycles

· Beratung von Führungskräften in personalrelevanten Fragestellungen sowie Betreuung von Employee-Relations-Themen im regulierten Gesundheitsumfeld

· Fachliche Mitwirkung bei der Harmonisierung von HR-Richtlinien, Arbeitsverträgen und Vorsorgelösungen

· Unterstützung von Rekrutierungs-, Onboarding- und Personalentwicklungsinitiativen

· Mitarbeit in Change-, Integrations- und HR-TransformationsprojektenDie Rolle bietet die Möglichkeit, HR-Lösungen aktiv mitzugestalten, Komplexität zu strukturieren und das Business in der nächsten Entwicklungsphase gezielt zu unterstützen.

The Successful Applicant ##

Das bringen Sie mit :

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Weiterbildung im Bereich Human Resources, Betriebswirtschaft oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion
  • Fundierte Hands-on-Erfahrung im operativen HR, inklusive Administration und Payroll-Koordination
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse des schweizerischen Arbeitsrechts sowie bewährter HR-Praktiken
  • Erfahrung in oder starke Affinität zu Gesundheitswesen oder anderen regulierten Umfeldern
  • Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse für die Zusammenarbeit auf Gruppenebene
  • Ausgeprägtes Business-Verständnis und Sicherheit im Umgang mit einem dynamischen, sich wandelnden Umfeld
  • Pragmatische, proaktive und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

Sie haben Freude daran, Fundamente aufzubauen, mit Unklarheiten umzugehen und Ihre HR-Expertise in nachhaltige Strukturen einzubringen.
