Unser Kunde ist ein wachsendes Schweizer Softwareunternehmen mit rund 25 Mitarbeitenden und Standorten in der Schweiz und Italien. Die eigene Plattform verbindet Daten, Business Intelligence, Analytics und AI und wird von namhaften Unternehmen aus unterschiedlichen Branchen eingesetzt. Für den weiteren Ausbau der DACH-Region wird eine erfahrene Sales-Persönlichkeit gesucht, die das Geschäft eigenständig weiterentwickelt.

Job Description ##

  • Verantwortung für den Ausbau des Neugeschäfts in der Schweiz, Deutschland und Österreich
  • Steuerung des gesamten Sales Cycles von Prospecting bis Vertragsabschluss
  • Ansprache und Beratung von C-Level-Entscheidungsträger:innen und Fachbereichen
  • Durchführung von Solution-Präsentationen gemeinsam mit dem Pre-Sales-Team
  • Aufbau und Entwicklung von Partnerschaften mit Beratungen und Systemintegrator:innen
  • Ausbau bestehender Kund:innen sowie Identifikation zusätzlicher Geschäftspotenziale
  • Eigenständige Steuerung von Pipeline, Forecast und Sales-Aktivitäten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit CEO, Marketing, Pre-Sales und Produktentwicklung

The Successful Applicant ##

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische bzw. technische Ausbildung
  • Mindestens 8-10 Jahre Erfahrung im B2B-SaaS- oder Softwarevertrieb, idealerweise mit Lösungen aus Business Intelligence, Analytics, CPM oder verwandten Bereichen
  • Erfahrung im direkten Enterprise-Sales und idealerweise im Partnergeschäft; ausgeprägtes Verständnis für komplexe Softwarelösungen
  • Selbstständige, unternehmerische und abschlussstarke Persönlichkeit
  • Fliessende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; Italienisch und/oder Französisch von Vorteil
