Als Supply Chain Representative in Kallo zorg je voor een vlotte opvolging van activiteiten binnen logistiek en supply chain. In deze rol zorg je voor de dagelijkse opvolging van logistieke processen binnen de EMEA-regio en ben je het aanspreekpunt voor transporteurs, leveranciers en interne stakeholders.

Onze klant, een bekende speler in de chemische productiesector, is bekend binnen zijn vakdomein. Ze zijn momenteel op zoek naar een tijdelijke kracht ter ondersteuning van het team.

Het bedrijf is gelegen in Kallo en best bereikbaar met het eigen vervoer.

Omschrijving

Als Supply Chain Representative:

  • Dagelijkse opvolging van zendingen binnen EMEA
  • Coördineren van transporten, voornamelijk wegtransport, en opvolgen van leveringen
  • Oplossen van operationele problemen met transporteurs, carriers en leveranciers
  • Ondersteunen van supply chain planning en productiecoördinatie, met een focus op bulk planning
  • Administratieve verwerking van logistieke transacties in SAP
  • Proactief communiceren met interne en externe stakeholders

Als Supply Chain Representative heb je het volgende profiel:

  • Je werkt nauwkeurig met gegevens en administratieve opvolging.
  • Je houdt overzicht over meerdere lopende taken.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk met interne betrokkenen.
  • Je kan vlot communiceren in het Nederlands & Engels.
  • Je volgt afspraken en planningen zorgvuldig op.
  • Bachelor werk- en denkniveau of relevante ervaring binnen logistiek, supply chain of transport
  • Ervaring met logistieke processen, transportcoördinatie of shipping
