Voor een toonaangevende speler binnen de opslag en behandeling van vloeibare bulkgoederen zoeken we een Loketbediende Tankterminal. In deze functie vorm je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor chauffeurs, transporteurs en interne operationele diensten. Je zorgt voor een vlotte administratieve afhandeling van inkomende en uitgaande transporten binnen een complexe terminalomgeving.

Onze klant is een internationale speler gespecialiseerd in de opslag, behandeling en distributie van vloeibare bulkproducten. Vanuit een moderne terminalomgeving ondersteunen zij klanten uit diverse industriële sectoren en staan veiligheid, kwaliteit en operationele betrouwbaarheid centraal.

Omschrijving

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Ontvangen en registreren van chauffeurs aan het loket.
  • Verwerken en controleren van transport- en laad-/losdocumenten.
  • Opmaken en beheren van de vereiste administratieve documenten voor laad- en losactiviteiten.
  • Coördineren van de communicatie tussen chauffeurs, planners en operationele medewerkers op de terminal.
  • Toekennen van laad- en losinstructies volgens de geldende procedures.
  • Verwerken van gegevens in het terminal- en ERP-systeem.
  • Opvolgen van afwijkingen en zorgen voor een correcte administratieve afhandeling.
  • Toezien op de naleving van veiligheids- en kwaliteitsprocedures.
  • Beantwoorden van vragen van chauffeurs en externe transportpartners.

Jouw profielHarde vereisten

  • Aantoonbare ervaring als loketbediende binnen een tankterminal is een absolute must.
  • Ervaring binnen een tankopslagbedrijf, chemische terminal, liquid bulk terminal of vergelijkbare omgeving.
  • Kennis van administratieve processen rond laad- en losactiviteiten.
  • Ervaring met transportdocumentatie en operationele terminaladministratie.
  • Goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels.

Pluspunten

  • Kennis van ADR, chemische producten of vloeibare bulk.
  • Ervaring met terminal management systemen.
  • Kennis van havengebonden processen.

  • Administratief sterk en nauwkeurig.
  • Stressbestendig en gestructureerd.
  • Klantgericht maar tegelijk assertief.
  • Sterk in communicatie met chauffeurs en operationele diensten.

Belangrijk: ervaring binnen een tankterminalomgeving is een absolute must. Kandidaten zonder ervaring binnen een tankterminal, bulkopslagbedrijf of vergelijkbare vloeibare bulkactiviteiten komen niet in aanmerking.
