Missions

Teamleader - Secteur bancaire (H.F.X) - Vos responsablités:

  • Encadrer, coacher et développer une petite équipe Customer Service au quotidien.
  • Organiser les activités de l'équipe et assurer une répartition efficace des tâches afin de garantir un service de qualité.
  • Assurer l'intégration, la formation et le suivi des performances des collaborateurs.
  • Suivre les KPI, les SLA et les objectifs opérationnels via des reportings réguliers et mettre en place des actions d'amélioration.
  • Superviser la gestion des dossiers clients complexes et accompagner l'équipe dans la résolution des escalades.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes internes et les partenaires tout en veillant au respect des procédures, des réglementations et des standards de qualité

Teamleader - Secteur bancaire (H.F.X) - Votre profil:

  • Formation de niveau Bachelor ou expérience pertinente en customer service, opérations ou services financiers.
  • Première expérience en gestion d'équipe ou en accompagnement de collaborateurs.
  • Maîtrise du français et du néerlandais ; la connaissance de l'anglais, de MS Office (Excel) et d'un outil CRM constitue un atout.
  • Leadership naturel avec la capacité de motiver, fédérer et développer une équipe.
  • Bonne maîtrise du suivi des KPI, du reporting et du pilotage de la performance.
  • Excellentes compétences organisationnelles, sens des priorités et orientation client.
