Voor onze klant zijn we op zoek naar een onderhoudstechnieker die verantwoordelijk is voor het optimaal functioneren van geautomatiseerde productie- en verpakkingslijnen. Je komt terecht in een moderne productieomgeving waar techniek, innovatie en continue verbetering centraal staan.

Bedrijfsomschrijving

Onze klant is een Belgische producent met een sterke reputatie binnen de voedingsindustrie. Dankzij een combinatie van vakmanschap, innovatie en duurzame groei heeft de organisatie zich ontwikkeld tot een gevestigde waarde binnen haar sector. Om de verdere groei van de productieactiviteiten te ondersteunen, zijn zij op zoek naar een gedreven onderhoudstechnieker die graag technische uitdagingen aangaat.

Bedrijf is gelegen regio Wommelgem en eenvoudig te bereiken met de wagen of de fiets. Verbinding met het openbaar vervoer is minder evident.

Omschrijving

  • Uitvoeren van preventief en curatief onderhoud aan geautomatiseerde productie- en verpakkingslijnen.
  • Lokaliseren, analyseren en oplossen van mechanische en elektrische storingen.
  • Bewaken en onderhouden van utility-installaties zoals perslucht-, koel-, stoom- en waterzuiveringsinstallaties.
  • Samenwerken met operatoren en productieverantwoordelijken om stilstanden tot een minimum te beperken.
  • Signaleren van technische verbeterpunten en actief bijdragen aan optimalisatieprojecten.
  • Correct registreren van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en interventies.
  • Toepassen van veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en hygiënevoorschriften binnen een voedingsomgeving.
  • Werken volgens de 5S-principes en bijdragen aan een ordelijke technische werkplaats.
  • Technische opleiding (TSO, graduaat of bachelor) binnen elektromechanica, onderhoudstechnieken of een andere industriële richting.
  • Relevante ervaring als onderhouds- of storingstechnieker is een sterke troef.
  • Kennis van mechanica, elektriciteit en pneumatiek.
  • Kennis van PLC-sturingen en/of koeltechnieken is een pluspunt.
  • Ervaring met halfautomaat- of TIG-lassen is mooi meegenomen.
  • Zelfstandig, verantwoordelijk en oplossingsgericht.
  • Veiligheidsbewust en vertrouwd met werken binnen een productieomgeving.
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands.
  • Bereidheid om te werken in een 3-ploegenstelsel
