Van offerteaanvraag tot levering op de werf zorg jij voor een nauwkeurige opvolging, technisch advies en een uitstekende klantenervaring.

Onze klant is een toonaangevende Belgische speler binnen de distributie van technische bouwoplossingen. Al tientallen jaren ondersteunen zij professionele klanten binnen de bouwsector met een uitgebreid productaanbod, diepgaande expertise en een klantgerichte aanpak.

Met verschillende vestigingen verspreid over België en een sterke focus op innovatie, samenwerking en service, bieden zij hun medewerkers een stabiele werkomgeving met doorgroeimogelijkheden en ruimte voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling.

Omschrijving

  • Opstellen, verwerken en opvolgen van technische offertes en bestellingen.
  • Lezen en interpreteren van plannen, bestekken en technische dossiers.
  • Opmeten en berekenen van benodigde hoeveelheden voor projecten.
  • Adviseren van klanten over producten, toepassingen en technische oplossingen.
  • Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten via telefoon en e-mail.
  • Coördineren van leveringen en afstemmen met interne diensten zoals dispatch, aankoop en administratie.
  • Bewaken van deadlines en zorgen voor een correcte administratieve opvolging.
  • Onderhouden en verrijken van project- en klantgegevens in interne systemen.
  • Signaleren van commerciële opportuniteiten en deze delen met de accountmanager.
  • Actief bijdragen aan een vlotte samenwerking tussen verschillende interne afdelingen.
  • Bacheloropleiding in een technische richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Affiniteit met de bouwsector; ervaring binnen wegenbouw, infrastructuur of riolering is een plus.
  • Je kan technische plannen lezen of bent gemotiveerd om dit snel aan te leren.
  • Nauwkeurige en gestructureerde werkwijze.
  • Sterke administratieve en digitale vaardigheden.
  • Klantgerichte en commerciële mindset.
  • Communicatief sterk, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Proactieve houding en oog voor opportuniteiten.
  • Teamspeler die graag samenwerkt met collega's en accountmanagers.
  • Leergierig en bereid om expertise verder uit te bouwen.
