Job Description ##

  • Aktiver Verkauf von CNC-Maschinen und Bearbeitungszentren an Industriekunden in der Schweiz
  • Gezielte Nutzung und Weiterentwicklung Ihres bestehenden Netzwerks in der Fertigungsindustrie, insbesondere zu Geschäftsführern, Produktionsleitern, Fertigungsleitern und Einkaufsverantwortlichen
  • Eigenständige Akquisition von Neukunden sowie systematischer Ausbau bestehender Kundenbeziehungen
  • Beratung der Kunden zu technisch anspruchsvollen Fertigungslösungen und wirtschaftlichen Produktionsprozessen
  • Identifikation von Investitionsvorhaben und Begleitung des gesamten Verkaufsprozesses - von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme über die technische Beratung bis zum Vertragsabschluss
  • Erarbeitung kundenspezifischer Angebote in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren technischen Spezialisten
  • Präsentation unserer Maschinen und Lösungen beim Kunden sowie Organisation von Vorführungen und Maschinentests
  • Aufbau langfristiger Partnerschaften und nachhaltige Entwicklung Ihres Verkaufsgebiets
  • Beobachtung des Marktes und Erkennen neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten und Kundenpotenziale

The Successful Applicant ##

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im technischen Aussendienst, idealerweise im Verkauf von CNC-Maschinen, Werkzeugmaschinen oder vergleichbaren Investitionsgütern
  • Ein bestehendes und belastbares Netzwerk in der Schweizer Fertigungsindustrie, insbesondere im CNC-Maschinenbau, in der Zerspanung und in der industriellen Produktion
  • Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Neukundengewinnung und im Verkauf technisch anspruchsvoller Produkte
  • Solides technisches Verständnis für CNC-Bearbeitung, Fertigungsprozesse und industrielle Produktionsabläufe
  • Ausgeprägtes Verkaufstalent, Verhandlungsgeschick und Abschlussstärke
  • Unternehmerisches Denken, Eigeninitiative und eine hohe Selbstständigkeit in der Marktbearbeitung
  • Freude am persönlichen Kundenkontakt und an langfristigen Geschäftsbeziehungen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; weitere Landessprachen sind von Vorteil
  • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb des zu betreuenden Verkaufsgebiets
