Job Description ##

  • Kundenberatung und Verkauf: Sie beraten Bestands- und Neukunden kompetent zu Lösungen im Bereich Gebäudeautomation.
  • Akquisition und Kundenentwicklung: Sie bauen langfristige Kundenbeziehungen auf, gewinnen neue Kunden und entwickeln bestehende Partnerschaften weiter.
  • Lösungsorientierte Beratung: Sie analysieren Kundenbedürfnisse und erarbeiten passende technische und wirtschaftliche Lösungen.
  • Angebotsmanagement: Sie erstellen Offerten, führen Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen und begleiten Verkaufsprojekte bis zum Abschluss.
  • Projektbegleitung: Sie koordinieren sich mit internen Fachabteilungen, Planern, Installateuren und weiteren Projektbeteiligten.
  • Marktbeobachtung: Sie verfolgen technologische Entwicklungen und Markttrends und identifizieren neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten.
  • Netzwerkpflege: Sie repräsentieren das Unternehmen bei Kundenterminen, Fachveranstaltungen und Branchenanlässen.

The Successful Applicant ##

  • Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung im Verkauf oder in der Betriebswirtschaft.
  • Berufserfahrung im technischen Verkauf, vorzugsweise in der Gebäudeautomation, Gebäudetechnik, Elektrotechnik oder HLK.
  • Technisches Verständnis für moderne Gebäudesysteme, Automatisierungslösungen und energieeffiziente Technologien.
  • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung, Verhandlungsgeschick und Freude am aktiven Verkauf.
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Kommunikationsstärke sowie ein überzeugendes und professionelles Auftreten.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
  • Führerausweis Kategorie B und Bereitschaft zu Kundenbesuchen in der Region.
