Du verstehst IT, packst selbst mit an und kannst Kunden verständlich beraten? Bei mwIT entwickelst du die IT mittelständischer Unternehmen aktiv weiter – mit eigener Verantwortung und einem starken technischen Team im Rücken.

Wir sorgen für eine strukturierte Einarbeitung. Du lernst unsere Kunden, Systeme und Arbeitsweisen Schritt für Schritt kennen. Dein Teamleiter und erfahrene Kollegen begleiten dich fachlich und persönlich. Verantwortung übernimmst du passend zu deiner Erfahrung; fehlende Produktkenntnisse entwickeln wir gemeinsam weiter.

Deine Rolle

  • Du betreust mittelständische Kunden in der Region Minden (Umkreis bis ca. 50 Km) und bist ihr verlässlicher technischer Ansprechpartner.
  • Du analysierst ihre IT, erkennst Risiken und Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten und entwickelst technisch und wirtschaftlich sinnvolle Lösungen.
  • Du setzt diese Lösungen auch praktisch um: Systeme konfigurieren, Infrastruktur weiterentwickeln und Fehler beheben gehören dazu.
  • Du erklärst Empfehlungen verständlich und bindest bei Bedarf unsere Spezialisten oder den Vertrieb ein.

Das bringst du mit

Du hast mehrjährige praktische IT-Erfahrung und kannst dich in unterschiedliche Kundenumgebungen hineindenken. Du arbeitest eigenständig, übernimmst Verantwortung und kommunizierst sicher mit Anwendern und Entscheidern. Für uns zählt, was du praktisch kannst; Zertifikate können das ergänzen.

Fortgeschrittene KI-Nutzung und maximale Offenheit für neue KI-Werkzeuge und Arbeitsweisen sind Voraussetzung. Du setzt KI bereits produktiv ein, beispielsweise für technische Analysen, Fehlerdiagnose, Dokumentation oder Automatisierung. Du experimentierst eigenständig und bewertest die Ergebnisse mit deinem fachlichen Wissen.

Deine technische Basis sind Microsoft 365 und moderne Windows-Umgebungen. Besonders wichtig sind uns:

  • Microsoft 365: Exchange Online, Teams und SharePoint administrieren und ihr Zusammenspiel im Kundenalltag verstehen.
  • Identitäten und Geräte: Benutzer, Berechtigungen und Endgeräte mit Entra ID und Intune verwalten; MFA und sichere Zugriffsrichtlinien einsetzen.
  • Security und Datensicherung: Schutzmaßnahmen, Backups und Wiederherstellung einrichten und überprüfen – beispielsweise mit Microsoft Defender, Sophos, Veeam oder Hornetsecurity.
  • Effizienter IT-Betrieb: Monitoring, Patchmanagement und zentrale Systemverwaltung nutzen und wiederkehrende Aufgaben automatisieren.

PowerShell ist ein Plus. Du musst nicht jedes genannte Produkt bereits beherrschen: Entscheidend sind praktische Erfahrung, ein gutes Verständnis für das Zusammenspiel der Systeme und die Bereitschaft, dich weiterzuentwickeln.
