Die Michel Gruppe AG umfasst die psychiatrische Einrichtung Privatklinik Meiringen, die Rehaklinik Hasliberg und die Stiftung Helsenberg mit drei Wohnheimen und diversen Arbeitsplätzen als auch die Wäscherei Haslital und Kindertagesstätte Haslital sowie Dienstleistungen und Services in weiteren Bereichen. Sie beschäftigt insgesamt rund 850 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter an verschiedenen Standorten.

Für das Psychiatriezentrum für junge Erwachsene (PZJE) der Privatklinik Meiringen in Thun suchen wir eine engagierte, vielseitige Persönlichkeit, die gerne anpackt, Verantwortung übernimmt und mit ihrer positiven Art unser Hotellerie-Team verstärkt.

Ihre Aufgaben: * Reinigung im Fokus: Selbständige, effiziente und gründliche Reinigung der Patientenzimmer sowie der öffentlichen und betrieblichen Räumlichkeiten * Unterstützung im Gastrobereich: Mithilfe in der Abwaschküche und bei anfallenden Arbeiten rund um die Verpflegung * Flexibel mitanpacken: Dort unterstützen, wo gerade helfende Hände gefragt sind

Unsere Erwartungen: * Erfahrung in der professionellen Reinigung, idealerweise im Gesundheitswesen oder in der Hotellerie * Eine effiziente, gründliche und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise * Viel Energie, Tatendrang und körperliche Belastbarkeit * Selbständigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein * Flexibilität, Teamgeist und die Bereitschaft, auch ausserhalb des eigenen Aufgabenbereichs mitanzupacken * Empathie, Diskretion und einen respektvollen, professionellen Umgang mit unseren jungen Patientinnen und Patienten * Gute Deutschkenntnisse
