What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • Advanced level of French and English; Nice to have: Italian, German or Spanish;
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Payroll, HR or similar roles;
  • Organizational and multitasking ability;
  • Attention to detail;
  • A good team worker and Customer-oriented approach;
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office package ( especially Excel);
  • Labor legislation knowledge would be considered an advantage.

What will you do:

  • Ensures the smooth running of administrative processes in the Human Resources field within their area of competence (terminations, contracts, modifications, transfers/company transfers, geographical mobility, illness, maternity, disputes, maintaining confidential files, etc.).
  • Performs non-standardized operations reserved for them or requiring specific knowledge of the file.
  • Ensures that the operations of the various parties involved are carried out on time and with the required quality; performs necessary checks, analyzes discrepancies, and informs partners of any anomalies found.
  • Anticipates employee life events (end of fixed-term contract, return from absence, probation period, retirement, etc.) together with partners.
  • Provides partners with data and/or performs analyses of personal data.
  • Provides technical/administrative operational support for the implementation and application of programs, processes, and tools (e.g., changes in the time management system (GTA), personnel management system (Workaday);
  • Develops and responds to all requests from internal/external partners that have not been resolved by the first level of support (Michelin&Moi), in coordination with other process actors, in the spirit of service culture (e.g., payroll, working time, illness, sensitive issues).
