Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Schöllnach suchen wir einen engagierten Mitarbeiter in der Disposition (m/w/d), der mit Überblick, Einsatzbereitschaft und Teamgeist unseren täglichen Transportablauf aktiv mitgestaltet.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Planung und Organisation unserer LKW-Verkehre (LTL/FTL bzw. Teil- und Komplettladungen) und damit Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs
  • Sicherstellung der optimalen Auslastung der Transportmittel, durch Einkauf und Verkauf von Ladungen und Laderaum
  • Proaktive Überwachung des Sendungsstatus, Terminkontrolle und Sicherstellung pünktlicher Transporte
  • Kalkulation von Frachten, Erstellung von Angeboten sowie Führen von Verhandlungen mit Frächtern
  • Nutzung gängiger Speditionsplattformen und Frachtbörsen sowie enger telefonischer und schriftlicher Kundenkontakt im Arbeitsalltag

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise als Kauffrau/-mann für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistungen
  • Erste Erfahrung in der LKW-Disposition
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office, gute Umgangsformen sowie eine zuverlässige, strukturierte und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Geografisches Grundverständnis zur optimalen Planung von Transportwegen
