Job Description:

  • Schedule, maintain, and complete all preventative maintenance as documented on all facilities related equipment – HVAC units, Air Compressors, DI water systems, etc.
  • Perform building maintenance & repairs – painting, electrical, flooring/ceiling tiles, lighting, etc.
  • Create, define, and write process documentation, written work instructions, and PM schedule documentation to support the Quality Management System.
  • Ensure all preventative maintenance & service requests are completed as required.
  • Manage all new facilities projects.
  • Install, set up and ensure operational readiness of all required equipment.
  • Communicate on status of projects, meetings with suppliers, initiatives and issues in a timely manner.
  • Support production equipment maintenance team.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities management or equivalent discipline with 2.5-5 years’ experience.
  • Experience within a facilities maintenance, facilities/service technician, role.
  • General understanding and working knowledge of HVAC, basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical skills.
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with office applications.
  • Experience with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and hazardous material identification and handling.
  • Demonstrated preventative maintenance experience.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills and demonstrated initiative; ability to work with little to no direction at times.
  • Strong service orientation; a commitment to delivering prompt, quality service and to maintaining a safe work environment.
  • High attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively with personnel at all levels within the organization.

The annual base salary range for this position, which could be performed in the US, is $70,304 - $143,000.*

*Range is dependent on numerous factors including job location, skills and experience.
