Die Microdul AG in Zürich City ist mit rund 100 Mitarbeitenden auf qualitativ hochwertige Mikroelektronik spezialisiert und in den drei Geschäftsbereichen Module, Semiconductors und Dickschicht tätig. Unsere Kernkompetenz liegt in der Entwicklung und Produktion von miniaturisierten Elektronikschaltungen, die in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kunden \- vorwiegend aus der Medizinaltechnik \- realisiert werden. Für unsere Abteilung Einkauf \& Logistik suchen wir nach Vereinbarung ein neues Teammitglied.

In enger Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen internen und externen Ansprechpartnern gehören folgende Aufgaben zu Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich:

  • Planung und Freigabe von Fertigungsaufträgen (inkl. Materialrüsten)
  • Bestätigen von Lieferterminen sowie Verantwortung für deren Einhaltung
  • Bestellungen bei externen Verarbeitern platzieren und Sicherstellung der termingerechten Lieferung
  • Ansprechpartner/in für Kunden bei sämtlichen Fragen rund um Liefertermine und Lieferungen
  • Schnittstelle zwischen Produktion, Qualitätssicherung, Entwicklung und Logistik
  • Key User bei die Einführung des neuen ERP\-System (proALPHA) im Bereich Planung
  • Pflege der Stammdaten im ERP\-System sowie Bearbeitung von Anfragen zu Conflict Materials
  • Unterstützung des Einkaufs bei der Nachverfolgung der überfälligen Komponentenlieferungen
  • Allgemeine Unterstützung der anderen Bereiche innerhalb der Abteilung bei Ferienabwesenheiten oder hohem Arbeitsvolumen
  • Mitarbeit bei Projekten zur Prozessverbesserung entlang der gesamten Logistikkette sowie Mithilfe bei Kundeninventuren
  • Stellvertretung der Sachbearbeitung Verkaufsinnendienst \& Administration

Was sie Mitbringen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als technischer Kauffrau/\-mann EFZ mit entsprechender Weiterbildung
  • 3\+ Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Produktionsplanung, idealerwiese in der Medizinaltechnik oder Elektronikfertigung
  • Selbständige, strukturierte und proaktive Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit, auch in einem dynamischen Umfeld den Überblick zu behalten. Sie arbeiten gerne selbstständig und bewahren auch in hektischen Zeiten einen kühlen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Excel sowie ausgeprägte IT Affinität
  • Erfahrung mit ERP Systemen; Kenntnisse bei der Einführung oder Weiterentwicklung von PPS/APS Lösungen sind von Vorteil
  • Initiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
