  • Develop analytics, dashboards, forecasting models, and automation solutions to improve visibility, planning accuracy, operational decision-making, and reporting.
  • Support starts planning, inventory management, capacity analysis, risk assessment, and project execution activities to ensure alignment with program objectives and achievement commitments.
  • Collaborate across Technology Development, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Equipment, Process Engineering, suppliers, and customers to resolve issues, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 0-2 years of relevant experience through internships, research projects, co-ops, academic projects, or professional experience in manufacturing, operations, industrial engineering, supply chain, process improvement, analytics, or related fields.
  • Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Understanding of manufacturing operations including scheduling, inventory management, balancing production demands, workflow optimization, and operational performance metrics.
  • Experience with data analysis, statistics, forecasting, root-cause analysis, problem-solving methodologies, and process improvement techniques.
  • Proficiency with analytical and visualization tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, R, or similar platforms.
  • Experience using AI-enabled tools and technologies such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, Claude, AI-assisted analytics tools, or similar platforms to improve productivity and decision-making.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, time-management, and project execution skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across multi-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within semiconductor manufacturing, fabrication operations, technology development, or advanced manufacturing environments.
  • Knowledge of WIP management, cycle time reduction, inventory optimization, learning-cycle acceleration, and milestone-driven manufacturing execution.
  • Experience designing experiments, conducting statistical analysis, predictive modeling, forecasting, or scenario planning.
  • Experience developing dashboards, automation solutions, workflow improvements, or operational analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with UiPath, Power Automate, AI-enabled automation platforms, or other digital transformation technologies.
  • Experience preparing executive-level reports, cases, operational reviews, and data-driven recommendations.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
