  • Communicate program status, decisions, dependencies, and risks to stakeholders and reinforce accountability to agreed schedules and mitigation plans.
  • Collaborate across teams to align requirements and deliver compliant programs from initiation through delivery.
  • Develop landing and communication plans for target audiences; adapt messages and storytelling to build stakeholder, partner, and customer understanding and adoption.
  • Contribute to change-management activities, stakeholder collateral, onboarding, training, and reskilling plans that help the organization adopt new priorities and ways of working.
  • Map processes and systems, conduct cost-benefit analyses, and contribute to business reviews and operating rhythms that improve efficiency, quality, and business impact.
  • Incorporate Microsoft security, privacy, and regulatory principles into program planning and execution.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
